I’m a personal trainer and dietary advisor with a love for health, fitness and nutrition. I have been sporty from a young age; show jumping at equestrian competitions, skiing and competing in middle distance running with an advanced athletics group as well as working out at the gym. I decided to make my passion my career so I could help others improve their health through fitness and nutrition.

My programs are specifically designed for the individual: I educate my clients as well as teaching them appropriate exercise principles and training methods to get them into the best shape they can be.
